Just Around Salt Lake City... Antelope Island

After been exploring the Mountains at the North of Salt Lake City, I headed toward a total different destination: Antelope Island State Park. A small but interesting place to spend the day, you can visit the beach, eat some buffalo hamburgers at the Island Buffalo Grill, learn more of the island at the visitor center or visiting the Fielding Garr Ranch to see how the people used to live here centuries ago.
I didn't brought shorts to Utah... my mistake, next time I will, just to swim in this salty waters. There were a few swimmers in the water, but with this sun I wish I could join them.
A lot of trails cross the island for those who loves to hike under the ruthless sun, I prefer to drive with the A/C on or at least in a Motorcycle...
